Born from the union between CORUM Asset Management, created in 2011 by Frédéric Puzin, and Butler Investments Managers, founded in 2008 by Walter Butler, our 100% independent group manages nearly 9 billion euros in outstanding assets. Our mission: to design high-performance savings solutions in real estate (SCPI), business financing and life insurance (CORUM Life).With more than 250 employees in 7 countries, we put our expertise at the service of the success of our customers, private and institutional.Through active and rigorous management, we are committed to delivering transparent information and responsible strategies integrating ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues. Our priority: to build a sustainable future by transforming our convictions into sustainable performance for your investments.

It was designed to exclusively offer the group’s savings solutions (SCPI, bond funds and Rosetta) with no management fees or retrocessions, providing privileged and optimised access to fund performance within a robust and transparent structure.
